Nick Axford

Nick Axford has been appointed to the newly-created position of global head of research. Previously he held the position of head of research for the Asia Pacific region. He has 23 years of experience on the real estate market and led CBRE’s research team in the EMEA region from 1998 to 2010. As a longstanding member of CBRE’s global research & consulting executive committee, he has also contributed to the development and implementation of global standards and best practices across CBRE’s research platform. Nick graduated from Southampton University, where he earned his Bachelor and Doctorate degrees. He is an active participant in many of the real estate industry’s leading organisations, and is a frequent contributor to major conferences and media coverage on real estate topics.
