Michal Oparty

Michal Oparty has joined JLL Slovakia’s project and development services team as project manager. In his new position, Michal will be responsible for the construction management and fit-out projects, manaigng cost and quality, tendering, bank monitoring, feasibility studies as well as technical due diligence performed for both sellers and investors. Michal Oparty has over six years of architecture, building consultancy and project management experience. Previously he served as architect at the BKPŠ architectural studio in Bratislava. Prior, from 2010 to 2012, he worked as project manager at Tyrapol where he was responsible for residential construction and development projects. In 2012, he joined the AKJ Jančina architekti architectural studio. One of the projects he worked on was the modernization of the Aupark Bratislava shopping center. Michal graduated from the Bratislava University of Technology and Stockholm‘s Royal Institute of Technology. He speaks fluent English and French.
