Raoul Thomassen

Raoul Thomassen has been promoted to deputy chief operating officer of Atrium European Real Estate. In his new position, will be reporting directly to Atrium’s chief operating officer, Rüdiger Dany. Previously Raoul Thomassen was directly advising Atrium’s management team and the board of directors on the Group’s operational strategy. During his time with Atrium, Raoul has also been responsible for the development and improvement of Atrium’s operational processes across such areas as marketing, facilities, asset management and cross-portfolio initiatives. Prior to joining Atrium in 2009, Raoul spent three years at Unibail-Rodamco where he was group operating manager, after being promoted from the company’s business controller – retail management. Before joining Unibail-Rodamco, Raoul held financial controller roles at two companies in the Netherlands: Koninklijke BAM Groep and Hollandsche Beton Group NV. He holds a master’s degree in business economics from the University of Maastricht and is a member of the Association of Certified Controllers.
