Ekaterina Barinova

Ekaterina Barinova has been appointed as chief operating officer of Colliers International Russia. In her new position, Ekaterina will be overseeing the company’s business support units, including the HR and administration, legal and IT departments. She will also be responsible for attaining key business goals. Ekaterina Barinova has more than 20 years of experience in human resource management gained from working for a number of Russian and international companies. Having started her career at DHL, she moved to the banking sector where she worked at such companies as Renaissance Capital, VTB Capital, ING Bank and Uralsib. From 2009 to 2013 Ekaterina served as director of personnel at JLL Russia. She was also a partner at NGK Executive Search, where she supervised the business division responsible for recruiting specialists in the real estate industry. Ekaterina graduated from the International Independent University of Environmental and Political Sciences ( IIEUPS ) in Moscow with a degree in law.
