Michał Melaniuk

Michał Melaniuk has joined the Futureal group as member of the board of Futureal Management Poland and the managing director of the Polish residential projects. The move comes as the Hungarian developer aims to accelerate its growth on the Polish residential market. Michał joins the company from Skanska where he worked for nearly 4 years as the president and vice-president of Skanska Residential Development Poland. While at Skanska, he was responsible for introducing the company onto the Polish market, as well as supervising its development and residential strategies. Prior, Michał served as commercial director at GTC (2007 to 2011), and worked for the Golub Europe investment and development group (GE Capital Golub Europe) in 1998-2007. Before 1998, he worked for Quinlan Private Golub (currently Avestus) where he was marketing director. Michał Melaniuk graduated from the University of Warsaw with a degree in management. He loves football and good music.
