John Mulqueen

John Mulqueen has been appointed as head of transactions EMEA of CBRE Global Investors. In this newly created role, he will be responsible for overseeing the EMEA region transaction strategy, including deal sourcing, acquisitions and disposals, maintaining key market relationships and leading the team of transactions managers across the region. John has worked for the company for the past 18 months as head of value add UK and has been responsible for a number of key transactions as well as establishing relationships with international investors. Prior to CBRE Global Investors, John spent ten years at Hammerson where he was London group director. John will report to Sophie van Oosterom.
