Milena Sikora has been promoted to senior portfolio manager of Savills’ comprehensive real estate services department. In her new position, Milena will be responsible for maintaining relations with owners and tenants and managing the Savills real estate portfolio on daily basis. Milena Sikora, who has 18 years of commercial real estate market experience, joined Savills in 2009 as property manager to manage such Warsaw office buildings as Mokotów Plaza, Harmony Office Center and Tulipan House. An international BREEAM New Construction and BREEAM In-Use assessor, Milena is also responsible for the technical maintenance of properties, including supervision over the service providers and the renovation and construction work. Before joining Savills she worked for such consultancies as Cushman & Wakefield, Estate Fellows and DTZ.
