Dmitry Romanov

Dmitry Romanov has been promoted to regional director of the valuation department at Colliers International Russia. In his new position, Dmitry will be responsible for developing and strengthening the company’s valuation business, supervising the work of the valuation teams in Moscow and St Petersburg as well as acquiring new clients. Previously, Dmitry led Moscow’s valuation department of Colliers. He began his career in real estate in 2004 in the company’s St Petersburg office. Later, from 2006 to 2013, he worked at JLL, where he grew from consultant to associate director of valuations advisory. In 2013, Dmitry returned to Colliers as head of Moscow’s valuation team. Dmitry Romanov graduated from Cambridge University with a master’s degree in land economy. He also holds a master’s degree from the St Petersburg State University and a diploma in business valuation from St Petersburg Polytechnic University. One of the first people in Russia to become a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Dmitry has been serving on the RICS Russia & CIS board since 2011.
