Andrew Peirson

Andrew Peirson has been appointed as JLL’s managing director for Romania and South Eastern Europe (SEE). The promotion comes as an expansion of his current remit as managing director for the company's SEE business. Previously based in Belgrade, Serbia, now Andrew will work across the Bucharest and Belgrade offices. He will also remain on JLL's CEE board, reporting to Richard Batten. Andrew joined the company 15 years ago and since then worked in the UK, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Serbia and Croatia. In his new position Andrew will be supported by Marius Scuta, who will continue to serve as the head of JLL's office agency and tenant representation, and Silviana Badea, who joined JLL earlier this month as the head of capital markets for Romania, having previously worked for five years as country manager of Valad.
