Jan Krakora

Jan Krakora has been appointed to partner of Wilson & Partners’ Prague office. Jan joined the company as a senior associate in 2007. Previously he worked at the Czech and Brussels offices of Linklaters. Since joining Wilson & Partners, Jan focuses mostly on financing issues and works for banks and real estate developers, amongst others. Jan, who speaks Czech and English, also deals with the M&A, general corporate and selected antitrust issues.
