Amel Djerroudi

Amel Djerroudi has joined Colliers International Russia as executive director of the project management department. She will head the newly-created unit, which was set to provide a range of services for developers and owners of commercial properties in Russia. Prior to joining Colliers, Amel served as the general director of BBNS Group. Currently, BBNS is an exclusive partner of Colliers International for the provision of project management services. Amel started her career in Russia in 2003 at the representative office of the French engineering company Technip CIS, where she was responsible for the construction of industrial properties. In 2006 she was appointed reconstruction and fit-uut business development director at Step. Some of Amel’s most prestigious projects include the BolloevCenter business centre, the GLN office and dozens of bank branches and offices, including those provided for Barclays Bank, KMB-Bank, Swedbank and BNP Paribas. In the past, Amel contributed to winning deals with such companies as Schneider Electric, Rexam Packaging, Stadco, General Motors and Hyundai. Amel, who speaks fluent French, Russian, English, Arabic and Italian, is a graduate of St Petersburg State Technological University. She also holds an MBA in enterprise management and the PMI and PMBOK certifications.
