Olesya Dzuba

Olesya Dzuba has been appointed as the head of research at Colliers International Russia. In her new position, Olesya will be responsible for developing the research department as well as analyzing and monitoring the office, warehouse and retail and investment markets. Olesya has an extensive research experience and is a licensed commercial real estate consultant in Russia. Prior to joining Colliers International, she worked for six years at JLL, where she first headed the commercial real estate and capital markets research teams, and was eventually appointed a deputy head of research. She started her career at the Renaissance Capital investment bank as a macroeconomics and bond analyst for the Russian market.
