Claire Treacy

Claire Treacy has been appointed as chief financial officer at Valad Europe. In her new position Claire will be responsible for the company’s corporate finance functions, debt origination and ongoing management of the company's finance operations across Europe. Prior, Claire served as the head of tax and risk at Valad for ten years. During this time she was closely involved in the launches of the VEDF, V+ Germany, V+ Nordic, V+ Nordic 2 and Parc d'Activités funds, both during their establishment and in the acquisition phases. Before joining Valad Europe, she was a senior tax manager in KPMG's Real Estate group, where she specialised in European fund structuring. Claire holds a degree in economics and mathematics from Trinity College, Dublin.
