Łukasz Marciniak

Łukasz Marciniak has been appointed project manager at the Warsaw office. In his new position Łukasz will lead the project management team, while being responsible for its development. His main duties will include budgeting, cooperating with architects and contractors as well as preparing handovers, among others. Łukasz joins Savills from Inditex’s Polish office where he worked as retail construction manager for such brands as Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home and Bershka. Previously, he worked as an architect in Spain for six years and cooperated with Spanish contracting companies on developing the road infrastructure projects in Poland. He holds a master’s degree in architecture and urban planning from the Poznań University of Technology.
