Katarzyna Kopczewska has become partner. She specializes in tax consultancy, mainly in the context of mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions. She has advised developers, construction companies and investment funds. She also focuses on income tax consultancy for corporates and capital group issues. Katarzyna Kopczewska started her professional career as a lawyer in 2000, next she obtained a licensed tax consultant qualification. She authors a number of press publications on the real estate market tax issues. Before joining the Baker & McKenzie team she worked at PwC for over 12 years. Prior, she was a lawyer in the Polish Ministry of Treasury. Katarzyna graduated from the University of Łódź with a degree in law.
