Kinga Łata

has been made the new operations director of Zdrojowa Hotels, which currently has eight locations across Poland. She is now in charge of a team of 600 people as a result of the internal promotion. Her priority will be to further increase the service quality and to unify the standards throughout the chain. The main task will be the supervision of each hotel directors’ work, sharing her experience and knowledge and first of all increasing the involvement of employees through dedicated motivation programmes. She has been employed by the chain for six years, initially as the director of the four-star Sand Hotel and later the flagship facility of the chain – Marine Hotel & Ultra Marine. For the last three years she has also been a member of the company’s board. She also hotel experience with spa facilities in Poland and has gained international experience from employment by the TUI travel agency in Germany. Kinga is a graduate of the University of Szczecin and is a fluent German speaker. She spends her free time with her family and likes long walks along the beach with her dog.
