Przemysław Kucharski, advocate and former partner of CMS, has joined as a local partner of the Baker & McKenzie’s Warsaw office. The appointment is aimed at further strengthening the real estate and construction department of Baker & McKenzie in Poland.

Przemysław is an expert in real estate and construction law, having been active on the Polish real estate market for the last eleven years. He has advised on various significant real estate, corporate and financial transactions, including land acquisitions, land developments for industrial, retail, office and housing purposes, project financing, corporate structuring of transactions, leasing of commercial, industrial and office space, and restructuring.

He graduated from the University of Warsaw with a degree in law (2004). He also participated in the Building on Talent programme at the IMD Business School (2013–2014). Before joining Baker & McKenzie, he was a partner (from May 2014 onwards) and a senior associate (from July 2008 onwards) in the real estate and construction department at CMS. Previously he was employed as a tax lawyer in the real estate department of EY and in the real estate practice of the Domański Zakrzewski Palinka law firm, which was associated with EY at the time. Przemysław completed bar training for judges in 2007. In 2008, he was admitted to the Advocate Bar in Warsaw and is also a member of the Polish Arbitration Association.
