Rudolf Nemec

Rudolf Nemec has become a member of the RICS. This increases JLL Slovakia’s number of RICS professionals to four. He joined JLL in 2013. In his current role as senior investment analyst, he is responsible for commercial underwriting and due diligence on the buy-side, as well as providing sell-side services related to transaction processing and marketing. Before joining JLL’s Bratislava office, Rudolf graduated with an MSc in real estate from the Cass Business School, London. His RICS certified degree has been supported by the project finance and infrastructure module of the ESCP Business School in Madrid and real estate law studies at the Humboldt University in Berlin.
