Katarzyna Dawidowicz MRICS

Katarzyna Dawidowicz has been appointed as the managing director and the chairman of the board of chartered surveyors Comparables. In 2012 she became a member of the board of the company and the director of the valuation services department. Prior to this she was employed as a property valuer by Polish Properties. Katarzyna has a master’s degree in economics from the Warsaw School of Economics, where she graduated in quantitative methods in economics and information systems. She also has an MSc in property appraisal and management from Sheffield Hallam University and has completed postgraduate studies in real estate valuation at the Warsaw University of Technology. Comparables, in 2012, launched the first web based commercial property transactions database in Poland – comparables.pl, with the intention to increase the transparency of the Polish commercial real estate market.
