Zoltán Ligetvári

Zoltán Ligetvári has joined Cushman & Wakefield in Budapest. Zoltán started working as an associate in the CMG department on June 6th, 2016. His primary role is to target, secure and oversee new sales mandates, in addition to completing acquisitions on the buy-side, for a broad range of institutional investors and developers. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was responsible for the sales processes and asset management of CIB Bank’s various repossessed commercial asset portfolios in Hungary. He also has a track record of acquiring and selling a number of assets and SPVs for Orco Property Group, as well as screening and analysing potential investment opportunities in Hungary and the CEE region. He holds an MSc in international economics and European studies from the Corvinus University of Budapest and a BA in tourism and hotel management from the Budapest Business School.
