Grażyna Kuźma

Taylor Wessing’s Warsaw team was joined in May by Grażyna Kuźma, who has been appointed as a partner and will be involved in banking, finances as well as real estate and property funding. Grażyna is a legal counsel and specialises in property law, property financing and infrastructural projects. She has a long-term experience in legal real estate consultancy to international and local entities, in particular banks that finance real estate investments, investment funds and entities investing in commercial and structural projects. She is an expert in civil law, economic law as well as construction law and regulations for spatial planning and development. The creation of investment and real estate portfolio management structures are particularly important fields of her professional activities. She was the co-author of a book entitled ‘Construction and Real Estate Law’ – a commentary on the construction law act, spatial planning and the development act as well as other acts, which was published by CH Beck in its series of compact commentaries.
