Grzegorz Dudziak

Grzegorz Dudziak has become a shareholder and development director of Think Project Management, which provides consultancy, supervisory and execution services for the development, technical maintenance and management of commercial properties. The new co-owner and business development director has almost 30 years of experience in management positions, over 25 years of which were as the managing director of international retail and real estate companies. Before he joined Think Project Management, he was employed by BNP Paribas Real Estate as the head of CEE property management. Prior to this he was the CEE strategic head of property management at DTZ. In 2003–2007 he was the managing director and the president of the board of Donaldsons Poland. From 1997 to 2002 he was the operations director of the Ahold Poland chain of hypermarkets and before 1997 he was the managing director of Mirja Fleischexport. Grzegorz is an RICS member. He is also a permanent member and co-founder and the Polish Council of Shopping Centres (PRCH) and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC) in New York. He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice with specialisation in finance and planning. He is also a licensed facility manager, specialising in the management of commercial properties and supporting investment processes on the real estate market through the coordination of the activities of the Real Estate Thinking international investor service platform.
