JLL Prague has announced that Ján Zibura has become its new head of valuation. This year, Ján Zibura celebrates ten years with JLL as he joined the company in 2006 after he had graduated from the University of New York in Prague. From the very beginning of his career he specialized in valuation of commercial as well as residential properties and has become a respected professional in this field. Currently he deals with valuation of large property portfolios (commercial or residential) for various purposes – mainly bank finance, acquisition/sale, internal purposes or IFRS. He regularly works for key property investment funds (Prologis, CBRE Global Investors, Atrium), developers (CTP Invest, VGP or CPI) and with all main banking houses that provide property finance in the Czech Republic. Ján Zibura was also responsible for internal team of valuers when working for the Czech Railways providing valuation of 15,000 of their non-core properties.

Ján Zibura graduated in Business Administration at the University of New York in Prague and in Real Estate Investment and Management at the Sheffield Hallam University & Nottingham Trent University in the U.K. His hobbies are skiing and cycling.
