Miroslav Kotek

Miroslav Kotek has been made an associate director. He has been with JLL since 2007 when he joined the industrial property agency, since when he has been dealing with the leasing and marketing of industrial property in the Czech Republic. Miroslav has often been involved in the initial phases of preparing and planning projects, land acquisitions, negotiations with local authorities and tenders for construction suppliers. He gained experience working for CzechInvest for eight years before joining JLL. His long-term clients at JLL include international development companies (Prologis, P3, CTP Invest, VGP, Segro, Pannatoni and ILD) and large logistics and production companies. Miroslav graduated from Charles University in Prague. He likes to spend his free time with family and playing non-professional football.
