Yulia Korchemnaya

Yulia Korchemnaya has been appointed as appointed head of street retail. She joined JLL in St. Petersburg as a consultant in 2011. Prior to joining JLL, Yulia led the street retail agency at Praktis Consulting & Brokerage andshe has over ten years experience in the commercial real estate market. She graduated from the St. Petersburg State University of Technology and Design in Management. In her new role, Yulia will be responsible for strengthening JLL’s position on the St. Petersburg street retail market, building long-term relations with tenants and attracting new landlords and investors.
