POLAND A 18,000 sqm two-building office complex with the total area of 29,000 sqm is set to be developed on the Kraków site formerly taken by the Cracovia hotel.

ROMANIA French supermarket chain Carrefour has leased 6,850 sqm of office space in the second building of the Green Court complex in Bucharest for its new Romanian headquarters. Carrefour is set to move into the new office by the end of 2015.
