POLAND Liberty Tower, which is to be built at the corner of ul. Żelazna and ul. Grzybowska in Warsaw, will be a 41-storey residential block with a height of 140m and a cascading roof. The building, which is designed by US-based architectural studio Arquitectonica with Epstein acting as the local architectural partner, is also to house a hotel. Work is scheduled to start in Q2 2020.

POLAND The design has been approved for the Centrum Muzyki concert hall complex in Kraków. The jury, chaired by Ewa Kuryłowicz, chose the proposal prepared by a Polish-Italian team comprising SBS Engineering Group of Krakow and 3TI Progetti Italia – Ingegneria Integrata of Rome, whose entry beat off rival bids from around the world.
