POLAND As at previous Eurobuild Awards, this year there will also be an auction of highly valued (and not just in terms of their price) items handed donated to us by some wonderful people who care deeply about children in need. The goal of the auction is to raise the highest amount possible, which will then be paid into the account of the Iskierka Foundation.
POLAND The voting has now been completed in all 23 categories of the Eurobuild Awards, after 252 leading representatives of the commercial real estate sector cast their votes.

POLAND We have now completed the registration process for companies and projects for the 10th Eurobuild Awards in the Jury Awards and the Popular Choice Awards categories.

POLAND A week before registrations closed, the number of jury members for the Eurobuild Awards had reached around 100 people. But one day before the closing we were happy to welcome the 200th juror – almost as though they were a millionth flight passenger. The final number of real estate experts on the Eurobuild Awards jury for 2019 comes to 270.

POLAND According to retail market research, the situation in the sector in Poland is at the very least healthy. Since the beginning of 2019, 17 new retail buildings have been opened across the country, including retail parks, shopping centres and an outlet store.

The companies and projects that are nominated, as well as those that walk away with the awards, act as inspirations and role models for others in their wake.

Therefore, after analysing the situation, we have decided that it was time to take a look instead at small retail formats after identifying the potential of projects in this category.

We can inform you right now that this year’s nominations can be submitted until October 23rd.
