Echo Investment and its subsidiary Archicom have started the construction of a primary school for 450 pupils on ul. Konstruktorska in the Służewiec sub-district of Warsaw’s Mokotów district.

Czech Republic New campus in Hradec Králové

Construction of a new campus for the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmaceutical Faculty of Charles University in Hradec Králové is now underway. The complex, named Mephared II, will provide space for research and development in the areas of medicine, pharmaceutical and other biomedical sciences.

The National Centre for Football Training, Research and and Coaching will be built in Otwock, near Warsaw. The Polish Football Association is responsible for the construction of the facility. The cost of the investment is more than PLN 400 mln.

Construction work has begun on Sinfonia Varsovia's new home in Warsaw’s Praga Południe district. The city council has commissioned Doraco to carry out the first stage of the project, with the orchestra to move into its new address in two years' time.

CZECH REPUBLIC Sekyra unblocks Rohan City with CZK 560 mln contribution

Sekyra Group has agreed with Prague’s authorities to contribute CZK 560 mln to the development of a new school and park on Rohanský ostrov (Rohan Island). The agreement unblocks the developer’s Rohan City new district project, which began last year.

Mostostal Warszawa has been awarded a contract worth PLN 84.99 mln gross to renovate the Pomeranian Dukes' Castle [Zamek Książąt Pomorskich] in Szczecin, which will involve work on the terraces and the reconstruction of the northern wing.
