POLAND Ronson Development is marketing and starting the construction of a number of residential projects.
The launch of the third stage of the Sakura project, which is being built on ul. Kłobudzka in Warsaw, is planned for the end of Q2 or early Q3. It will offer 145 apartments with areas ranging from 34 sqm to 99 sqm and priced at PLN 7,300 per sqm. The design work has been carried out by the Chrzanowski Klepin Architekci architectural studio. The project should be completed in Q3 2015. At the same time, the developer is planning to start the construction of another stage of the Espresso estate on ul. Jana Kazimierza in Warsaw. This will contain 142 apartments with areas ranging from 33 sqm to 78 sqm at with prices starting from PLN 6,400 per sqm. The estate has been designed by Archiplan. Meanwhile, a building permit, although not yet legally valid, has been obtained for the Tamka project on ul. Tamka in the city. A total of 64 apartments are to be built of between 50 sqm and 150 sqm. A general contractor for the project has just been selected, with the work expected to be finished in early 2015. Prices for the apartments will range from PLN 11,000 to PLN 16,000 per sqm. In October Ronson is to start the construction of the first stage of the Moko estate, which is to be built on ul. Magazynowa in the capital’s Mokotów district. The estate, which has been designed by JEMS Architekci, will include 182 apartments with areas ranging from 30 sqm to 150 sqm. Prices per sqm will be around PLN 8,000 per sqm. A building permit for this project has already been applied for. Construction work on the third stage of the Verdis estate on ul. Sowińskiego in the city’s Wola district is to start in September. Two buildings are to be constructed with 146 apartments priced at between PLN 6,800 and PLN 6,900 per sqm. In 2013 the company could also start the construction of its Copernicus project in Poznań, Impressio II in Wrocław and Panoramika II in Szczecin. The developer also owns a plot on the corner of ul. Skierniewicka and ul. Wolska in Warsaw, where over 100 apartments could be built. Work on this project is most likely to start early next year. The company is also in the process of buying a plot for another project in the capital’s Ursynów district, which is to be built near one of the underground stations.
