Złota shows off its interiors
ResidentialThree luxury apartments with areas of 64 sqm (one bedroom apartment), 140 sqm (two bedrooms) and 236 sqm (three or four bedrooms) on the 50th floor in the Złota lounge area are now available for viewing. All the show apartments are fully finished and furnished. The person responsible for the interior design is Jonathan Clarke, the director of the Woods Bagot architectural studio of London. The bathrooms have been laid with white and black marble, the kitchens feature wooden furniture with a white shiny varnish finish and an American walnut veneer, the living rooms have concrete ceilings and wooden floors. Each apartment has its own laundry room and dressing room and the largest apartment has its own cinema room. In addition, all the residents of the building have been provided with some additional amenities. “We have created a unique lifestyle product. Złota is not just about the views and the sophisticated design, but also has top class amenities and services. This is possible thanks to such features as a private cinema room, a fitness room and a 25m swimming pool. However, the special atmosphere of the building has been achieved thanks to the presence of discreet service staff – a doorkeeper who will help you carry the shopping, a concierge who can arrange theatre tickets or a baby sitter. As in the case of the Le Regina hotel, where we emphasised that ‘the hotel is all about the details’, this is also true for Złota – it’s all about the details,” commented Jean-Francois Ott, the managing director and founder of Orco Property Group. Złota comprises 72 one-bedroom apartments (including two studios), 66 two-bedroom apartments, 90 three-bedroom flats and 32 apartments with four or more bedrooms. The areas of the apartments range from 62 sqm to 454 sqm on the floors starting from the 9th up to the 54th. The prices of the apartments in the skyscraper offering a view of the Warsaw panorama range from PLN 25,000 to PLN 65,000 per sqm. “We are re-launching sales and making the apartments on floors 15–21 and 34–40 available. We are planning to make later tranches of apartments available at higher prices,” says Nicolas Tommasini, the deputy managing director and operations director at Orco Property Group.
