Endava takes 5,000 sqm in AFI Park 3

The company is to relocate in December from AFI Park 1, where it already leases two floors, to four floors in the new office building and is to retain the option for further expansion in the office park should the company continue to grow. “Endava is one of our main strategic long-term partners and we are glad that AFI Park manages to answer Endava’s business plan requirements by offering suitable space in terms of its technical specifications and the company’s expansion needs within the needed timeframe. The current leasing results, with 100 pct of the area leased in AFI Park 1, 96 pct of the area leased in AFI Park 2 and the recent Endava pre-lease in AFI Park 3, makes us confident to start the construction of an additional 27,000 sqm of gross leasable area in AFI Park 4 and 5, which will commence during the first quarter of this year,” said David Hay, the CEO of AFI Europe Romania. The first building, AFI Park 1, with a gla of 12,200 sqm of gross leasable area, was completed on September 1st, 2012 and is 100 pct leased. The 12,150 gla AFI Park 2 building, which is to be delivered in April, is 100 pct leased to Electronic Arts, and AFI Park 3 (also 12,150 sqm) is to be delivered in December. Construction work on the two remaining buildings, AFI Park 4 and 5, will begin in Q1 of 2014.
