More stages coming to Bolero Office Point

The next stages of the project are to be developed on a 1.8 ha plot and should offer a leasable area of 25,000 sqm. The concept allows for two or three further buildings with leasable areas ranging from 8,000 sqm to 12,000 sqm. Work on the second stage should begin in Q2 2015 and will take app. 16 months. The general contractor for the first stage was Erbud; the architectural design of the building was created by the PRC Architektci architectural studio and the occupancy permit was issued in February. The first tenants (including Rohlig Suus Logistics, Outsourcing Experts, Loyality Point and Konsorcjum doradczo-szkoleniowe) are to occupy a combined area of nearly 6,000 sqm. The building also offers 162 spaces in an underground car park as well as a further 100 parking spaces at ground level.
