The 19th century tenement house is listed on Listed on the regional historic preservation register
POLAND Warsaw-based construction company Totalbud has won a contract for the construction of reinforced concrete structure on the new, five-storey project that is being developed as extension to the tenement house at ul. Koszykowa 49A in Warsaw.

The building is owned by Fenix Group. Once the construction work completes, the tenement house will serve as a residential building with some retail and services units. Apart from the five above-ground storeys, the project features a two-level underground car park. The newly-built part will close up the building’s internal courtyard. Listed on the regional historic preservation register, the 19th century tenement house was originally developed for Henryk Koch. Currently the excavation work and strutting of the structure is taking place on the site. The reinforced concrete work is planned to be completed in March 2015.
