Unidevelopment continues developing Poznań project

The developer signed a conditional agreement on the acquisition of rights to a land plot located on ul. Czarneckiego and ul. Robocza and will be able to acquire the parcel unless the Mayor of Poznań uses his right of pre-emption. The property has already been granted building permit for a residential complex comprised of multi-apartment buildings with underground car parks and retail/services units that is now legally binding. Unidevelopment aims to build a total of 340 apartments in the second and third stages of Osiedle Czarneckiego. The development is the largest Unidevelopment project to date. Once completed, it will offer over 500 apartments in total. “We have sold over 80 pct of the 185 apartments constructed so far, currently less than 30 remain available. With the project’s next stages, we will be able to complement the local stock,” says Zbigniew Gościcki, the president of the board at Unidevelopment. The first stage of Osiedle Czarnieckiego is to be put into operation by the end of 2014. According to the developer’s schedule, the construction work on the project’s second stage is to start in December 2014 and last until the end of 2015, while the work on Osiedle Czarneckiego’s third stage is scheduled to start in 2015. Each of the buildings developed within the project will have five storeys and an underground car park.
