Ewa has been a journalist for many years. She began her career in the economic sector, working on such journals as ‘Życie’ and ‘Prawo i Gospodarka’, but has specialised in the real estate sector since 2005. This was when she took up her first position at ‘Eurobuild Poland’, which in 2008 became ‘Eurobuild Central & Eastern Europe’. After work (unless it is the time for publishing the monthly magazine), she can be found outdoors running, in the playground with her son, or at the wine bar.

Bringing the Baltic into the bureau

POLAND How to bring the seaside atmosphere into the office? Xplan knows the answer. The company, commissioned by TF Bank in Gdańsk, has carried out the fit-out work for its offices.

Rooms with an area of 113 sqm have been furnished according to a design by the AHR Architects studio. The dominating theme is the seaside: its walls feature the blue colours of the Baltic Sea contrasted with wooden accents. The fit-out for the offices included a kitchenette, two studies, a server room and a conference room. The project included general construction work, sanitary, electrical and ICT installations, the delivery of the furniture and the kitchen equipment, as well as the SAP, DSO, KD and SSP installations. The main offices of TF Bank are located on al. Grunwaldzka in Gdańsk, in the Neptun office centre, which was developed by Hines Polska.
