Galeria Morena 80 pct leased

Swedish clothing chain H&M has leased 2,100 sqm, while Smyk has taken up 560 sqm. The investor behind the project, Carrefour Polska, is being supported by Colliers International in the leasing process. After the completion of the redevelopment of the mall, which is scheduled for Q2 2016, it will comprise 80 shops and service outlets, including a cinema, a play area and a fitness club. The leasable area will amount to 33,000 sqm.
