Radius Projekt plans luxury apartment building in Solec
An apartment project will replace Syreni Śpiew music club
POLAND Radius Projekt is planning to develop a building with 30 apartments on the site of a modernist pavilion at ul. Szara 10a, Warsaw’s Solec district.
The project is to be built on a section of the complex purchased by the company from the Democratic Left Alliance party in 2011. The former party HQ comprised: an office building at ul. Rozbrat 44a with a leasable area of 4,200 sqm, a hotel at ul. Szara 10a, and an adjacent modernist pavilion that includes the Syreni Śpiew club. A complex of luxury apartments, the construction of which is to be launched in 2017, is planned on the site of the two latter buildings. The developer has announced that it is planning to commission one of the best designers – Giorgio Armani, Ralph Lauren, Kelly Hoppen or Andrew Winch – for the interior finishing. Regardless of the cooperation with the designer, the company has announced that it is planning to cooperate with the Academy of Fine Arts for the moving of an existing mosaic to the newly-designed building. The design of the apartment building includes a swimming pool, a gym, a spa complex, a concierge and each of the apartments is to be directly accessible from the lift. “The top floor apartment will be interesting as it could have fetch a record high price for the country,” claims Robert Nowakowski, the president of Radius Projekt.
