Two new Inbags on their way
Retail & leisurePOLAND Inbap is to open two new Inbag complexes, in Bogatynia and Kraśnik. The one-storey Inbag in Bogatynia will combine a retail park, a grocery supermarket and a DIY store with a leasable area of over 9,000 sqm, as well as a car park for over 230 vehicles. It will be located in the central part of the town, near ul. Matejki and ul. Chopina. The investor is planning to start the construction work this year and to open the centre in autumn 2017. The two-storey Inbag in Kraśnik, with a leasable area of over 8,500 sqm including an underground car park offering nearly 200 spaces, will be located on al. Niepodległości in Kraśnik Fabryczny, next to a Lidl grocery supermarket, a Kaufland supermarket and a Mrówka DIY store as well as an outdoor market. Its official opening is planned for 2018. “The design work is currently in progress, we are also intensely involved in the leasing process. We are planning to carry out the projects over the next two years. This year we are also starting the construction of Galeria Stela in Cieszyn and will also be finalising contracts for the purchase of property for another three projects,” revealed Katarzyna Czajkowska, the spokesperson of the Inbap investment fund. The Inbap Closed Investment Fund of Non-Public Assets, which operates through Real Estate Inwestorbp, owns seven operating retail facilities. Another four are under construction. The company focuses on projects in small and medium-sized towns. The company’s portfolio includes CH Rywal in Biała Podlaska, CH Hermes in Skarżysko-Kamienna, Galeria Kociewska in Tczew, Galeria Kamienna in Starachowice, Inbag in Bartoszyce, CH Liwa in Kwidzyń and Inbag in Szamotuły. This year Inbap has started the construction of projects in Lubań, Cieszyn, Bogatynia and Kraśnik.
