Sales begin for Nova Królikarnia
ResidentialSales have begun of apartments in the Nova Królikarnia residential project, which is to be built on ul. Jaśminowa in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. Two multi-family buildings with 51 apartments are to be built in the first stage of the project (with prices starting at PLN 8,500 per sqm), as well as 21 terraced houses (at the price of PLN 8,100 per sqm) and other separate buildings with 26 luxury apartments (at a price of PLN 10,500 per sqm). “Nova Królikarnia is a project which combines modern living in a minimalist and low development with tradition and the peace and quiet offered by the green surroundings, old trees as well as a lake specially constructed for the residents. All of these elements are in line with the historical character of pre-war Mokotów,” said Andrzej Gutowski, sales and marketing director at Ronson Development. The project is located on a plot known as ‘Pod Skocznią’ which is covered by a local zoning plan that specifies a low level of development with numerous green areas. “While designing for the ‘Pod Skocznią’ area it was our ambition to create a ‘garden town’ type district based on a clear plan of the public spaces with open access to greenery,” said architect Krzysztof Domaradzki who was involved in the creation of the zoning plan. He went on to add that the ‘Pod Skocznią’ area was intended to be reminiscent of Warsaw’s Saska Kępa district as well as of the pre-war Żoliborz district. “The design allows for buildings with a maximum height of 11 metres as well as spacious parks including ponds. In this way we wanted to emphasize the attractiveness of the natural landscape of this area,” said Domaradzki. The construction work on the Nova Królikarnia estate began in July and the completion of the first stage by general contractor Mostostal Warszawa is planned for the final quarter of 2017. Eventually the estate is to comprise from four to five stages.
