Tétris builds with Black&Decker

The company’s employees have now moved from their previous offices in Park Postępu in the city’s Mokotów district. Bartosz Trzop from Tétris used the company’s products as the central theme for the design, which was completed in the space of three months. The three-floor office with a combined area of 4,300 sqm now features twelve conference rooms, four kitchens and one very large canteen which also serves as an integration area. Four subcontractors also worked on the fit out and were responsible for the electrical, fire and sanitary installations. “We know that Tétris did not do everything itself, but from our point of view, we weren’t interested in who did what. Our partner was the general contractor and took responsibility for all the work,” says Jacek Białas, the EMEA business service director at Stanley Black&Decker. Open book contracts entail the contractor explaining to the client all costs as they are incurred with the contractor’s margin having been agreed upon in advance.
