Olivia keeps on growing

Olivia Seven with 55m, 15 storeys and 28,000 sqm of office space will stand directly on al. Grunwaldzka. Underneath the building there is to be a three-level car park. “By constructing the seventh building in the centre we can provide large spaces on a single floor for big tenants. The floor plate will be around 2,000 sqm,” explains Maciej Kotarski, the leasing director for Olivia Business Centre. “Olivia Seven has attracted such a lot of interest that even now, when only the foundations have been laid, 30 pct of the space has been preleased,” he adds. Eventually, Olivia Seven will be joined to two other buildings, which are to be constructed on land belonging to the investor at the rear. As a result there will be a space of 5,000 sqm on one floor. The investor intends for the building to be BREEAM certified with a rating of ‘Outstanding’. “An additional patio is to be built between Olivia Star and Olivia Seven, which are currently under construction. It will be a square with green areas, and street furniture, and terraces for cafés and restaurants. On completion of the construction work, which should take place between Q1 and Q2 2018, Olivia Business Centre will become the largest office project in Poland with 150,000 sqm of space.
