Each building will have 21 apartments with areas of 33 sqm to 69 sqm
POLAND Gorzów-based Budnex is to build another seaside project in Kołobrzeg: Porta Mare Baltica will comprise exclusive apartments 750m from the sea.
The complex will consist of 16 three-storey buildings, with the construction of the first four buildings to start this spring. Each of the buildings will include 21 apartments with areas ranging from 33 sqm to 69 sqm and including between two and four rooms. The developer is offering the option of joining apartments to create one with an area of over 100 sqm. Each of the apartments has at least one balcony and the largest have additional corner terraces. The estate includes playgrounds, an outdoor gym and a large number of parking spaces. The construction process is to be divided into a number of stages, with the process to choose the general contractor for the first stage now underway.

“We have been seeing a clear increase of interest in Polish seaside properties for a few years now. Clients are eager to buy such apartments for both investment purposes and their own use,” says Krzysztof Nuckowski, of the CEO of Budnex.

“Porta Mare is a brand that covers a large number of seaside projects developed by us, including our flagship Porta Mare Wellness & Spa development, which is currently under construction in Dziwnówek,” he adds.

The project in Kołobrzeg features architecture similar to the now completed Porta Mare Leśne Tarasy complex in Dziwnówek – three buildings of the latter project have been issued with their final occupancy permits recently. The apartments are already sold out, but the construction of the Porta Mare Słoneczne Tarasy project nearby is also in progress.
