POLAND Citibank Europe PLC (Citi Service Center Poland) has leased 13,600 sqm of office space in the first phase of Generation Park in Warsaw.
The starting date of the lease falls in Q4 2017, when the building is due for completion. Citibank will occupy about 60 pct of the first phase of Generation Park, which together with the two other tenants means that it is now 70 pct leased. The bank was represented in this transaction by Cushman & Wakefield. Construction work on phase I started in November 2015.
Generation Park, which is being developed by Skanska, is the Swedish company's largest office development in the CEE region. The complex will comprise three office buildings with total leasable area of around 84,000 sqm. The project is expected to receive LEED ‘Platinum’ certification. The highest building, a 34-storey tower, will have a height of 140m, or 180m including the spire.
