Cordia buys Praga Południe plot

The 0.83 ha plot, which is located on ul. Rodziewiczówny in the city’s Gocław district, possesses site development conditions allowing the construction of an 18-storey building with app. 200 apartments. Cordia is now working on the detailed architectural design of the project and is planning to launch the sales of the apartments this year with the construction work to begin in early 2018. The project has been scheduled for completion in 2020.

“At the end of 2016 we purchased our third plot in Kraków. This time on ul. Lema. Now we are finalising the purchase of a plot in Warsaw and are at the final stage of negotiations over a number of other properties,” reveals Michał Melaniuk, the managing director of Cordia Polska. “We already have a significant land bank and we are continuing to add to . This and the next few years should see record sales for our company. By 2019 we are planning to sell app. 1,000 apartments per year,” he adds.
