POLAND Polski Holding Nieruchomości and Chopin Airport Development have signed a memorandum of understanding to work together in their development activities including in the development of hotels and offices.

The agreement has been signed as part of the government’s Gospodarka Plus [Economy Plus] programme. “Polish companies in which the government holds a stake have up to now not been used effectively enough. Polish companies can grow better and gain a competitive advantage on the market through working together, sharing their clients and doing good business together. What benefits these companies also benefits Poles, because the success of these companies enables the Polish economy to develop and brings revenues to the state budget, which are necessary for financing social investment programmes such as the Family 500 plus,” said Andrzej Adamczyk, the minister of infrastructure and construction.
