Inpro after three decades

POLAND Tri-City-based developer Inpro has completed 60 large construction projects over the last 30 years since starting operations. Over this time it has handed over around 5,500 apartments and constructed a useable area of over 350,000 sqm.

The company has announced that it will soon deliver almost 2,000 new apartments to the market. Inpro was founded in 1987 in Kartuzy by Piotr Stefaniak, Krzysztof Maraszek and Zbigniew Lewiński, who still jointly own and manage the company. In 1998 the company increased the scale of its operations and the company now not only develops residential projects but also warehouse and office buildings. In 2011 the company had an IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and in Q1 2017 the consolidated sales revenue of the group came to PLN 44.5 mln up by 7 pct y-o-y. Its gross profit from sales in the first three months came to PLN 14.7 mln (up by 48 pct ty-o-y) and its net profit was PLN 6.7 mln (up by 137 pct). The developer is planning to put 718 homes on the market by the end of the year.
