Forest Offices to be built in Debrecen
Forest Offices is to be LEED certified
HUNGARY The Forest Offices building is to offer 22,000 sqm gla in Debrecen.

The building designed by the Bord architectural studio is set to be completed in the Q3 2018. “There is growing interest in Debrecen in the SSC market. In February 2017, Debrecen won the title of “Best Emerging City of the Year”, awarded at an international conference in Warsaw. Winning this prize obliges us to create the best possible conditions for companies choosing Debrecen. Forest Offices Debrecen will help to achieve this objective,” said László Papp, mayor of Debrecen. The building, which is to be LEED ‘Gold’ certified will consist of three separate wings with five floors. Colliers International is consulting on the project. The developer is a Főnix Office Building a subsidiary of Debrecen City Asset Management.
