CBRE GI buys Prologis Park Ostrava
The two-building complex comprises 65,910 sqm of leasable space
CZECH REPUBLIC On behalf of its clients, CBRE Global Investors has bought Prologis Park Ostrava from Prologis for an undisclosed sum.

The two building, 65,910 sqm complex on the D1 motorway on the outskirts of Ostrava has now been renamed Ostrava Logistics Park. It is 100 pct leased to five tenants.

Grzegorz Ryszka, the CEE head of transactions at CBRE GI, has commented on the deal: “This is the first entry, for these clients, into the Czech logistics market and it is a strategic addition to the existing portfolio acquired in Poland. There is strong occupier demand for high-quality logistics and we feel with secure income and rental growth potential that this is a solid acquisition.”
