Alexander Hayes is currently working as a journalist for Eurobuild Central & Eastern Europe magazine. Originally from the UK, he moved to Poland in 1995 and has been working in real estate for over four years. He has a BA in english literature from the University of Buckingham.

POLAND Knight Frank has been appointed to manage the Maraton building in Poznań by building owner Union Investment.

Maraton is a modern A-class office building with 26,000 sqm gla. Built in 2006, the property is LEED-certified with a rating of ‘Gold’. “Maraton is one of the flagship office locations in Poznan. From the very beginning, the property located in the city centre has maintained a high standard of tenant comfort and environmental-friendliness friendly,“said Aneta Rogowicz-Gała, the head of Property Management at Knight Frank.
